Filed inside the CIA’s declassified Gateway Process report is a specific passage, citing real work by Stanford neuroscientist Karl Pribram and physicist David Bohm, arguing that the human mind and the physical universe both function as holograms: that what people experience as reality is a projection read off an underlying wave-interference pattern.

"The human mind is also a hologram which attunes itself to the universal hologram by the medium of energy exchange thereby deducing meaning and achieving the state which we call consciousness."

A real Pentagon-funded concept paper describes building a synthetic mirror of the entire world, continuously updated from live news, census data, and classified intelligence, modeling individuals down to a granular level and explicitly used to test Psychological Operations before running them on the real population. A working prototype was already deployed in a named military exercise before the paper was written.

"The goal of the Sentient World Simulation (SWS) is to build a synthetic mirror of the real world with automated continuous calibration with respect to current real-world information."

A Pentagon physics assessment concludes that engineering spacetime into a shortcut, a flat-faced "stargate," is a mathematically well defined solution to Einstein’s field equations, and that the negative energy such a structure requires is not hypothetical but already demonstrated in laboratory physics. The unresolved problem, per the report’s own conclusion, is scale, not possibility.

A companion Pentagon report from the same 38-document research series argues that a sufficiently advanced technology could acquire direct control over spatial dimensions beyond the three we experience, and that this control could be used to manipulate dark energy density for propulsion. The report grounds its case in real, mainstream theoretical physics: the Higgs field, observed dark energy, and string theory’s extra-dimensional Calabi-Yau manifolds.

This establishes that across nearly three decades and three separate arms of the U.S. government, formal, real, sourced institutional work has treated the following as legitimate subjects of study rather than fiction: that consciousness and the physical universe may share a common holographic structure, that spacetime itself may have an engineerable geometry, that the number and accessibility of physical dimensions may be a technological control surface, and that an entire population of real people can be modeled as data in a continuously running synthetic world for the purpose of testing how they will react before they are allowed to react for real. Each of these four claims is independently documented and independently sourced.

What this case file does not establish is that these four lines of institutional work are connected to one another, that any agency involved believes reality itself is simulated, or that any of the theoretical physics discussed has moved from open research question to demonstrated capability. The authors of these four documents do not cite each other. There is no known internal government memo tying these programs together. The connection presented on this page is an editorial one, built by placing four real documents in chronological order and letting the reader draw their own conclusion. That is the entire method, and it is also the entire limitation.
