SUB: I want to say it looks like ah... I don't know, it sort of looks... I kind of got an oblique view of a ah... pyramid or pyramid form. It's yellowish, ah... okra colored.
MON: Focus on the area and describe what you perceive.
SUB: I just keep seeing very large people. They appear very tall... thin. Very large.
MON: Go ahead and describe the environment around these individuals.
SUB: Basin's very, very, very large... It's like... huge flat... I'm seeing what looks almost like a river winding... but it's... it's not water. It's very... it's windblown... particles or something like that. Very, very dry. Yuck.
MON: Tell me about the shapes of these things.
SUB: They're like real neat channels cut, they're very deep, it's like the road went down ............... They're like shelters from storms ......... They're designed for that.
MON: Tell me about the ones who sleep through the storms.
SUB: Ah... very... tall... They're ancient people. They're... they're very tall and thin, they're not like us. They're... ah... there's an ah... informational quality to them... it's like they're... hmm... it's like there's a... I'm getting this now. It's like they're having trouble. The environment is not supporting them. It's like something's failing. Something's failing very rapidly. Oh, let me continue here.

SUB: Ah... they're... I get an impression of... there's like a group of them... that's... looking... looking far off... And there's another group... that's...that's... there's a sense of... of going somewhere... like a long way away... to find another place to live.
MON: What was the cause of the atmospheric disturbance or the environment disturbance?
SUB: ... I see a picture of a, picture of like a, oh hell, it's almost a warp in a, oh god, this is difficult. It's like going, let's see...
SUB: Oh, I get a globe ah... it's like a globe that goes through a comet's tail or... it's like... it's like things... particles, or... radiation or something... associated with a comet ......... It's... it almost looks like a... I want to say obelisk. I see this obelisk-like thing.
MON: Okay, go back to the time before the geologic problem.
SUB: Ah... it's like I'm getting all kinds of overwhelming input of the... corruption of their environment. It's failing very rapidly and this group went somewhere, like a long way to find another place to live. It's like I'm... I'm getting them as... they're... they're not... they don't live there any more. They're... they're gone. There's just... it's like there's ruins there.

SUB: Can't seem to get their way out, they can't seem to find their way out,... so they're hanging on while they look or wait for something to return or something coming with the answer.
MON: What does the future hold for them?
SUB: ... That's filtered from storms or something.

SUB: They're like shelters from storms... They're designed for that. ...They're waiting for... it seems like the atmosphere's really corrupt and they're... they're just filtering what they can. They're very... they're um... they're ah... desperate. There's a real ah... feel of... there's uh... uh... uh... anxiousness. These... whatever they are, there's an... it's like... an overwhelming feeling of... it's kind of ah... ah... I don't know what the word is... It's like... they're resigned that their... their place... and what they... what they thought... and what they'd been doing... that it's... it's gone. It's... it's finished. There's nothing they can do to stop it... or change it... and they just... they've accepted it.

SUB: I... I see a group of... beings... in uh... environment that's very hot... and humid... and there's... vegetation... and... it's very green... very lush... there's uh... there's... they... they don't... they don't live there... they're just... they're... it's almost like they're on an expedition to this place to... to examine or... or to learn or... study... or... there's... there's not a lot of time... or something.

The transcript establishes: the CIA conducted a remote viewing session on May 22, 1984 targeting geographic coordinates for Mars at a time of interest of approximately one million years B.C. A trained viewer produced descriptions of pyramidal structures, very tall ancient inhabitants, catastrophic environmental collapse, and a surviving group seeking a new location. The session was classified, filed in the STARGATE collection, and released in 2017.
The transcript does not establish: that any of the viewer's descriptions correspond to any physical reality on Mars, that remote viewing is a valid intelligence collection method, or that the CIA believed the session produced accurate information. The 1995 AIR evaluation of the entire STARGATE program found no session had ever produced actionable intelligence. This session was not an exception.
