2019 eastern US aviator UAP: full debrief transcript
Complete transcript of the 2019 Range Fouler Debrief as quoted in the official PURSUE fourth batch release reporting. The aviator's account is reproduced below in the document's own language.
Range Fouler Debrief. U.S. Navy standardized reporting format for unauthorized intrusions into controlled airspace during active military operations or training. Filed 2019. Released July 10, 2026 via PURSUE Release 04.
The reporting aviator plus four other personnel with equal or more experience.
"I noticed an object with flight characteristics unlike anything I had seen in my 28 years of performing for the [Air Force] and Navy."
"A small object was below us and appeared to be traveling in a straight line opposite our direction at high speed. I tracked it for approximately 10-15 seconds before we turned on the recorder to provide the attached video."
"When I zoomed in to try and achieve more resolution, the object's speed took it out of my FOV and I was unable to reacquire, even at a lower zoom."
"Upon analysis after the flight, the object appeared to be rectangular."
"Others with equal or more experience were also unsure as to what this object might be."
The account establishes the following facts as direct observations from a trained military aviator with 28 years of service: the object was small, traveling at high speed in the opposite direction, in a straight line, below the aircraft. It was tracked for 10 to 15 seconds visually before the recorder was activated. When the aviator zoomed in, the object's speed was sufficient to remove it entirely from the field of view and prevent reacquisition even at lower magnification. Post-flight analysis of the recording identified the shape as rectangular. Four other experienced personnel reviewed the same recording and could not identify the object.
The phrase "others with equal or more experience" is significant. The aviator is not reporting that colleagues with less experience also failed to identify the object. The people who reviewed this footage and could not identify it had equivalent or greater flight experience than the 28-year reporting aviator. The collective inability to identify this object spans a group of highly experienced military aviation professionals reviewing recorded footage, not a single inexperienced observer making a real-time judgment call.
The Interference begins with a patent. US3951134, filed in 1974, describes a device for remotely monitoring and altering human brain waves without physical contact. The patent is real. The USPTO granted it. The documents on this site are what precedes it.
The fiction begins exactly where the public record stops answering questions.
